Lesson 205 – Peace

I am not a body, I am free. For I am as God created me.

(185) I want the peace of God

The peace of God is everything I want. The peace of God is my one goal; the aim of all my living here, the end I seek, my purpose and my function and my life, while I abide where I am not at home.

I am not a body, I am free. For I am as God created me.

Two things could have ruffled my peace today. The first was that the amendments that I sent to the publishers last Monday could not be found, and there was the possibility they would have to be done again. Fortunately a solution was found that meant the process could be speeded up.

The second was the annual invasion of ants, regular and flying. After my initials leaping about (mainly because I was tired from our last rehearsal before our performance on Saturday) I managed to get things under control.

On a much brighter note, I’ve sorted my costume for the Don Giovanni performance. Red basque and silk veils. The other cast members love it.

I’ve realised that I’m much more peaceful when I’ve had enough sleep
